Lewis recently announced on his YouTube channel that his new album will be released on October 6, and the single, 'Sad Song,' will be released 'on July 21st.' In a recent interview, he said that he is considering 'Universal Imagery' as the title for his new album. He mentioned that, 'I have had others, but not as good. I'll know more when I get more of the tracks done and more of a picture has been painted.'. On June 17, Lewis confirmed in his official Twitter page the title for his new album would be Heartbreak on Vinyl. Lewis also stated that he had recorded new songs including 'Freak', 'Electric Touch' and 'Binary Love'.
The first single from the album, 'Sad Song', was released on July 21, 2009. The album, Heartbreak on Vinyl will be released on October 6, 2009.
